Adam created EPF in 2008 in response to the opportunities arising from downturn in the market amid the global financial crisis.

He oversees all strategic finance and asset management initiatives, as well as having responsibility for relationship management with our partners both nationally and internationally.

Adam has an exceptional reputation and track record in the industry, with a career spanning over 25 years and involving over £2bn-worth of transactions.

Adam is also chairman of leading landlord group, the Property Owners Forum.

Chief Financial Officer

Oana joined the company in 2013 with responsibility for finance management, control and structuring.

Oana is ACCA qualified and plays an integral role in all elements portfolio management, liaising directly with tenants and financial partners, as well as identifying crucial opportunities to maximise returns through creative finance initiatives.
