 The Stone House is the dominant late-night venue in the affluent South East town of Hertford.

EPF acquired the property, following detailed analysis of the rental level and trading performance of the unit.

The acquisition added further substantial income, whilst also representing and an attractive and prominent building to add to our portfolio.
