The Lanes, Brighton

An attractive, landmark building in the heart of Brighton's "Lanes" leisure district.

The period building in Prince Albert Street immediately represented an opportunity to add value. With previous occupier- Old Orleans - wishing to vacate, EPF sourced an operator that befits the prominence and prestige of this local favourite- the Laine Pub Company. Laine, backed by Rosk Capital, is the seaside City's largest pub& bar operator with 45 sites and an ever-growing portfolio in London.

Laine and EPF swiftly set about transforming the property into a vibrant, cutting-edge offer, creating the Mesmerist, "a wonderland of burlesque".

EPF also created two new units- let to a highly acclaimed boutique ladies fashion retailer and barista/cafe the Alchemist- ensuring a vibrant and ecclectic mixed-use scheme was delivered.
